$250.00

Fraida Flaishman, PhD, OTR/L

Cost: $250

Participants will be provided with the newest information on what dyslexia is and how to recognize individuals struggling with reading difficulties. Participants will be provided with an overview of auditory processing and language processing deficits including the differences between auditory and language processing symptoms, presentation, challenges, and remediation. Focus on the impact of language-based challenges as they relate to dyslexia will be included. Continued explanation on the ways that visual processing impacts dyslexia will be discussed including evaluation and intervention methods to remediate the presenting challenges associated with reading and writing difficulties.
