Everyone has strengths associated with learning and performance.  However, when faced with challenging learning situations we can lose focus, interest and enthusiasm.

Come explore the concepts of  Brain Gym®.  Learn an easy, yet empowering evaluation technique that provides instant feedback about learning readiness, four simple activities that restore focus, organization and motivation and a taste of all 26 Brain Gym activities.  Easy to use with individuals and groups, the exercises create readiness of mind and body, stimulating basic neurological senses (vison, hearing, touch, balance and proprioception) and activating neurological pathways throughout the brain.
