Come explore the concepts of  Brain Gym®.  Learn an easy, yet empowering evaluation technique that provides instant feedback about learning readiness, four simple activities that restore focus, organization and motivation   and a taste of all 26 Brain Gym activities.  Easy to use with individuals and groups, the exercises create readiness of mind and body, stimulating basic neurological  senses (vison, hearing, touch, balance and proprioception) and activating neurological pathways throughout the brain.

Sharon Tepfer MS OTR/L,
has been practicing occupational therapy for over 20 years.  She is a certified Brain Gym and Touch for Health instructor and consultant.  She specializes in helping clients overcome neurological and physical impairments.  To broaden her clinical expertise she received a MS in neuro-psychology / clinical rehabilitation.  She has served as an adjunct professor at Touro College, New York Institute of Technology and New York University OT program.  She is currently in private practice and serves as a consultant for educational programs. 

Sharon Tepfer receives a speaking fee for her presentation and has no nonfinancial relationships to disclose.

  • Describe and demonstrate Brain Gym ® PACE activities
  • Describe and demonstrate the 26 Brain gym® movements
